No impact claim should outrun its evidence.
LaDOS supports ESG and monitoring evidence, while human governance protects privacy, explains decisions and manages complaints.
Evidence before claims
LGEA combines commercial, social and environmental evidence. Indicators are defined with baselines, ownership, frequency, safeguards and a route for correcting unintended effects.
Set outcomes for income, decent work, skills, enterprise, soil, water, biodiversity, waste, traceability and market participation.
Use consent-based field, factory, partner and customer records. Disaggregate relevant results by sex, age, location and participant type.
Review data quality, investigate exceptions, invite participant feedback and distinguish outputs from durable outcomes.
Share material progress and limitations, strengthen controls and redirect resources where evidence shows better outcomes are possible.
