Legal information
Legal Notice & Website Terms
These terms govern access to and use of lablgroup.com. They protect visitors, Labl Group, its operating companies and the integrity of information published on the website.
1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The terms apply only to this website and do not replace a signed agreement, purchase order, employment contract, research agreement, farmer agreement or other binding document.
2. Corporate and operating structure
LABL GROUP EAST AFRICA LTD provides group strategy, coordination, market architecture, digital infrastructure and impact oversight. Labl Farms LTD and Labl Fashion LTD are independent operating companies responsible for their respective activities. Crostar Energy is a specialist programme partner for the oilseed and biodiesel pathway. Nothing on this website merges these entities or makes one automatically liable for another.
3. Information—not an offer
Website content explains strategy, intended activities, phased targets and potential opportunities. It is not an offer of securities, guaranteed employment, assured farmer income, binding procurement invitation, fuel specification, professional advice or promise that a project will proceed. Forecasts, targets and expansion plans remain subject to finance, demand, approvals, evidence, contracts and operating capacity.
4. Accuracy and change
We aim to keep information useful and accurate but cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free. Laws, standards, markets, programmes and third-party information change. We may update, suspend or remove content without notice.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, graphics, photographs, diagrams, logos, trademarks and software are owned by or licensed to Labl Group. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, educational or internal evaluation use. Republishing, commercial exploitation, automated extraction, alteration, impersonation or use that suggests endorsement requires prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; disrupt the website; scrape personal information; submit deceptive, unlawful or harmful material; infringe rights; misrepresent identity or affiliation; or use the website for fraud, spam or unlawful activity.
7. Enquiries and submitted material
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information submitted. Do not send trade secrets, confidential designs, sensitive personal data or third-party information unless necessary and authorised. An enquiry does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, supply or partnership relationship. A relationship becomes binding only through an authorised written agreement.
8. External links and partners
External links are provided for convenience and context. Labl Group does not control every linked website and is not responsible for its availability, security, content or privacy practices. Naming a partner describes an intended or existing role and does not imply that the partner endorses every statement on this website.
9. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Labl Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or a third-party website. This clause does not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Cookies and consent controls are explained in the Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Kenya have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer or data-protection right available under another applicable law. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through written notice where appropriate.
13. Severability, waiver and updates
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page.
14. Contact
